El 2009 es va convertir en el quart xef m\u00e9s jove del m\u00f3n a obtenir una estrella Michelin, amb tan sols 25 anys. Nascut a l’Aldea, municipi de la comarca catalana del Baix Ebre a la prov\u00edncia de Tarragona, el 1983, aquest jove cuiner porta instaurat al seu mapa gen\u00e8tic la tradici\u00f3 hotelera ja que amb ell s’assenta la quarta generaci\u00f3 de restauradors.<\/p>

Criat entre fogons, Fran, va anar interessant-se cada vegada m\u00e9s pel m\u00f3n de la cuina, fins que un bon dia, i amb tan sols 16 anys, se’n va a Barcelona i inicia els seus estudis com a cuiner a la prestigiosa Escola de Cuina Hofmann on despr\u00e9s de tres anys i amb la preparaci\u00f3 pr\u00e8via per ser un professional, decideix seguir amb la seva traject\u00f2ria estudiant ni m\u00e9s ni menys que a la ciutat de Par\u00eds.<\/p>

All\u00e0, far\u00e0 un stage de tres mesos i es queda tres anys amb Alain Ducasse al Pla\u00e7a Ath\u00e9n\u00e9e a la capital de la cuina mundial. De tornada a Espanya, i juntament amb el seu germ\u00e0 Joaquim obren el 2006 l’Hotel Villa Retiro i dins de l’hotel, el Restaurant donat a con\u00e8ixer com El Torre\u00f3 de l’Indi\u00e0 i ara anomenat Restaurant Villa Retiro.<\/p>

La seva visi\u00f3 de la cuina ha anat creixent i madurant al llarg dels anys. Avui acumula prestigi, una estrella Michelin i, el m\u00e9s important, una veu pr\u00f2pia en el disputat panorama gastron\u00f2mic espanyol.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Ben aviat, la cuina de Fran L\u00f3pez es d\u00f3na a con\u00e8ixer al sud de Tarragona ia tot Espanya. Tant \u00e9s aix\u00ed que el novembre del 2009, la prestigiosa Guia Michelin el guardona amb una Estrella, la qual conserva fins a l’actualitat. Es converteix aix\u00ed, en el quart cuiner m\u00e9s jove del m\u00f3n a tenir una estrella Michelin (amb tan sols 25 anys).<\/p>

El 2013 i consolidat al m\u00f3n del vi, s’embrullen en un projecte en conjunt que no \u00e9s altre que la gesti\u00f3 i direcci\u00f3 del Celler Cooperatiu de Pinell de Brai, conegut per tots com la Catedral del Vi. La seva constant renovaci\u00f3 a la cuina, i la garantia d’\u00e8xit al restaurant gastron\u00f2mic, esdeveniments i servei de c\u00e0tering, fan de Fran L\u00f3pez el referent a les Terres de l’Ebre a l’avantguarda de la cuina.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
