Rice varieties Bomba, marisma and Reserva still have “taste and flavours of rice”. Rice is the heart of Terres de l’Ebre kitchen, and, of course, the star of this menu that changes colours, flavour and taste depending on the season.
Seasonal products are the basis for which is governed our cuisine, with special attention on the market in our region, international elements and culinary techniques that respect the essence of them. With this principle, our chef Fran Lopez,has developed an impeccable menu that combines tradition and modernity.
