N\u00e9 \u00e0 l’Aldea, commune de la r\u00e9gion catalane du Baix Ebre dans la province de Tarragone, en 1983, ce jeune chef a la tradition de l’h\u00f4tellerie inscrite dans sa carte g\u00e9n\u00e9tique, puisqu’il est la quatri\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de restaurateurs.<\/p>

\u00c9lev\u00e9 dans la cuisine, Fran s’est int\u00e9ress\u00e9 de plus en plus au monde de la cuisine, jusqu’au jour o\u00f9, \u00e0 l’\u00e2ge de 16 ans, il s’est rendu \u00e0 Barcelone et a commenc\u00e9 ses \u00e9tudes de chef dans la prestigieuse \u00e9cole de cuisine Hofmann o\u00f9, apr\u00e8s trois ans et avec la pr\u00e9paration pr\u00e9alable pour devenir un professionnel, il a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de poursuivre sa carri\u00e8re en \u00e9tudiant dans la ville de Paris, rien de moins.<\/p>

L\u00e0-bas, il fera un stage de trois mois et restera pendant trois ans avec Alain Ducasse au Plaza Ath\u00e9n\u00e9e, dans la capitale de la cuisine mondiale. De retour en Espagne, et avec son fr\u00e8re Joaquim, ils ont ouvert l’h\u00f4tel Villa Retiro en 2006 et, au sein de l’h\u00f4tel, le restaurant connu sous le nom de El Torre\u00f3 de l’Indi\u00e0 et d\u00e9sormais appel\u00e9 Restaurante Villa Retiro.<\/p>

Sa vision de la cuisine a grandi et m\u00fbri au fil des ans. Aujourd’hui, il a accumul\u00e9 du prestige, one \u00e9toile Michelin et, surtout, une voix propre sur la sc\u00e8ne gastronomique espagnole tr\u00e8s disput\u00e9e.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

La cuisine de Fran L\u00f3pez sera bient\u00f4t connue dans le sud de Tarragone et dans toute l’Espagne. \u00c0 tel point qu’en novembre 2009, le prestigieux Guide Michelin lui a d\u00e9cern\u00e9 une \u00e9toile, qu’il a conserv\u00e9e jusqu’\u00e0 ce jour. Il devient ainsi le quatri\u00e8me plus jeune chef au monde \u00e0 d\u00e9tenir une \u00e9toile Michelin (\u00e0 l’\u00e2ge de 25 ans).<\/p>

En 2013 et consolid\u00e9s dans le monde du vin, ils se sont lanc\u00e9s dans un projet commun qui n’est autre que la gestion et la direction de la Celler Cooperativo de Pinell de Brai, connue par tous sous le nom de Catedral del Vi. Sa r\u00e9novation constante dans la cuisine, et la garantie de succ\u00e8s dans le restaurant gastronomique, les \u00e9v\u00e9nements et le service de restauration, font de Fran L\u00f3pez la r\u00e9f\u00e9rence en Terres de l’Ebre \u00e0 l’avant-garde de la cuisine.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
