The Hotel Villa Retiro is located in the middle of an incomparable setting, as it brings together several ideal settings for leisure and adventure activities. On the one hand we have the Ebro Delta, a Natural Park protected by UNESCO with unique species on the planet and endless places to visit and photograph.
The Ebro River itself is a space with plenty of places and cities to visit along its course. Water sports such as canoeing or guided boat rides will give our clients the opportunity to get to know very well the natural assets of which we are undoubtedly proud.
The Via Verda is a route of more than 40 km (and is being extended to more than 100 km) along which you can walk or cycle, passing through places of unthinkable natural beauty. The Templar Castle of Miravet, the Caves of Benifallet, the Cathedral of Tortosa, l’Assut, the mountain pass of Beceit, wineries in Terra Alta, etc.

Biosphere Reserve
On September 27, 2016, Terres de l’Ebre was declared one of the 100 best sustainable tourism destinations in the world. The distinction, awarded by the Global Green Destinations International Association, recognizes the work of the Biosphere Reserve’s Tourism Board in the development of quality, sustainable tourism that respects the environment and local culture.
