Conditions
Reservation policies
Reservations will be confirmed by phone.
Cancellation policies:
If you cancel between 1 and 2 days before the date of entry, a charge of (l) 100% of the total reservation will be applied.
No show policies:
In case of no-show, 100% of the total reservation will be applied.
Early departure policies:
In case of leaving before the departure date, 50% will be applied to each remaining night.
To guarantee the reservation, please provide us with a credit or debit card number to which no charge will be made, and with which you agree to accept the reservation and cancellation policies*.
*Any dispute that may arise will be resolved by the Courts and Tribunals of Tortosa.
